A few exciting upcoming events for the calendar:
- Our Book Fair is coming to the CMS library! Book Fair Hours: 7:15 a.m.—1:45 p.m.
Grade 5 - Monday, November 6th
Grade 6 - Tuesday, November 7th
Grade 7 & RYSE - Wednesday, November 8th
Grade 8 - Thursday, November 9th fair will close at 1:25 pm
- 5th Grade Rooster Games will be held on Wednesday, February 14th. Students need to have read at least five of the nominees to participate. Students who read all the nominees will receive a medallion. Rooster Games List of Books
- Grade 6 CMS Book Battle will take place on Tuesday, May 29th. Students need to have read at least five of the nominees to participate. Students who read all the nominees except for Drowned City which is a YA book will receive a medallion. Book Battle List
- Grade 7 CMS Book Battle will be taking place on Wednesday, May 23rd. Students need to have read at least five of the nominees to participate. Students who read all the nominees will receive a medallion. Book Battle List
- Grade 8 CMS Book Battle will be taking place on Friday, May 25th. Students need to have read at least five of the nominees to participate. Students who read all the nominees will receive a medallion. Book Battle List
- Note: For students wishing to read all the books for a medallion who do not want to read books that have mature content or parents of students who do not want their child to read books that contain mature content substitutions will be made as needed.
